Use
On the body :
Use the wider end to untie your back, arms and legs. The circular movements activate your lymphatic circulation and revitalize your whole body. At the end of the session, drive out the stagnant energy with a lively and rapid movement from top to bottom: make way for zenitude!
On the face :
Use your stick to gently activate blood micro-circulation to wake up and refresh the face. The large tip can be used for larger areas such as the jawline, cheekbones or forehead, while the small one will be more suitable for precise and fragile areas such as the eye or lip contour.
On the hands and feet:
Use the narrow tip of your stick to stimulate acupressure points or tense areas in the hands or feet. These points used in reflexology are associated with parts of the body (back, belly,...) or state (energy, letting go,...). Massaged by your stick, these areas are activated and balanced.
Warning, do not use water-based products (creams, lotions, scrubs, etc.) if your stick is made of Malachite, Howlite or Sodalite.
