Benefits of Black Sage and Yerba Santa
Black Sage, or artemisia is the evolved version of its little sister White Sage. Also nicknamed "Mother of all herbs", it is one of the most powerful sages. Its more pungent and pronounced smell will act, in fumigation, like a deep purification of energies. Its smoke has a strong cleaning power, because it has this property of hanging negative energies and removing them from places, objects or people. It also has calming virtues, and will promote your dreams in consciousness. Mixed with a few sprigs of Yerba Santa, its benefits will be even stronger, especially on appeasement and you will work in depth on your letting go, even your inner liberation.
Light your stick and let it burn for several seconds before blowing lightly on it to reduce the flame. Let the smoke purify your space. Go from corner to corner while uttering benevolent affirmations that will chase away negative energies.
