Use
Here's how to use your Malachite bracelet:
On oneself :
Worn daily, Malachite helps you release buried, anchored emotions. This allows one to open one's heart to the soothing energy of Love. For the hyperactive or the magnetizers, Malachite makes it possible to absorb the energy which was not evacuated. It is ideal for rebalancing body energy.
In meditation / Yoga:
It allows you to interpret your dreams. Lie down, put on meditative music and place the stone at the level of the heart chakra, (between the two breasts), to take full advantage of its soothing effect on the whole body. Helps to heal old traumas.
